Why This Training Matters

Most people buy nail salons based on:

  • How busy it looks

  • What the seller tells them

  • Or how nice the salon appears

Instead of what actually matters — the numbers and structure.

That’s why many salon buyers:

  • Overpay for businesses

  • Get stuck working inside the salon

  • Struggle with cash flow after purchase

This training is designed to prevent those mistakes before they happen.

Why This Training Is Different

This is not theory or motivation.

This is based on:

Real salon acquisitions

Meet Nathan Nguyen

Nathan Nguyen — Nail Salon Investor, Business Strategist, and Licensed Financial Professional.

Nathan Nguyen is a business investor and strategist who has built, acquired, and scaled multiple businesses across the beauty, education, and financial sectors. Over the past 22 yrs, he has been involved in more than 20 businesses, including nail salons, a beauty college, and real estate holdings tied to those operations.

He has personally acquired nail salons across multiple states—experiencing both failures and successful exits—and today holds a portfolio of salons that generate consistent cash flow as part of his long-term wealth strategy.

Since 2019, Nathan has coached over 1,000 nail salon owners across the United States—helping them buy, build, and level up their salons, and guiding many to step out of day-to-day operations by implementing systems, teams, and profit-focused strategies.

What makes Nathan’s approach different is that he does not come from a nail technician background. Instead, he approaches nail salons strictly as business and investment vehicles—focusing on deal evaluation, cash flow, systems, and asset protection.

In addition to operating businesses, Nathan is a licensed financial professional, advising business owners on income strategy, risk management, and long-term wealth planning. This perspective allows him to guide salon buyers beyond just “buying a business” and toward building sustainable, income-producing assets.

He is also a father of four kids, which shaped his philosophy around time and ownership. Nathan believes that a true business is not one that depends on the owner—but one that operates independently. His focus is on building systems and teams so the business produces income without requiring the owner’s constant presence.
